Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow ‘New’ sales in Consumer segments
• Actively search for new clients by developing leads through social platforms, cold calling, following up on marketing events, attending networking events, and converting leads to sales opportunities
• Grow existing portfolio by cross-selling to existing clientele or negotiating for better packages with Insurers to swing renewal of policies to them based on their financial needs.
• Comply with the sales process, including regular sales activity and branding standards
• Partake in marketing and client servicing activities to build a good relationship with your clientele
• Always ensure that client’s interests and needs are placed as a priority
• The candidate for this job role must have the desire to make a personal commitment to growth and development as a field manager.
• The candidate must meet the standards for service, professional conduct, and ethics as a field manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ advisory experience in the General Insurance industry
• Proven sales track record
• Self-motivated results driven, team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly articulate, an effective communicator who uses consultative selling skills
• Minimum requirement  of M5, M9, M9A, HI Certification
• Possession of General Insurance Certs (ComGI, PGI, BCP, CGI & CMFAS Health Insurance is a bonus
• Personable, sincere, strong integrity & determination
• Singaporean or Singapore PR, Foreigner may apply with added criteria
• Minimum three Financial consultants in the team

Candidates must be at least 21 years old (Regulatory Requirement)

Candidates must possess at least:
A full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore,

OR any other academic qualification which is equivalent to the above qualifications.
